1. Meeting called to order at 7:55 PM
2. Treasurer's report approved.  Hall- Motion, Shaffer - Second
3. Treasurer's updates:
   1. PIAA school dues will be doubled due to financial costs. District 5 dues will increase to between $7000 to $8000 for the 2000-2001 school year.  Unanimous approval for the district committee to pay the school dues.  Scott-Motion, Leyman, Second
4. The following committee officers were elected unanimously:
   1. Chairman - Virgil Palumbo (Palmer-M, Maluchnick-S)
   2. Vice Chairman - Ralph Scott  (Fisher-M, Palumbo-S)
   3. Secretary - Dick Fisher (Leyman-M, Scott-S)
   4. Treasurer - Larry Palmer (Koba-M, Hall-S)
5. Correspondence - Hyndman High School
6. Meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM
