1. Meeting called order at 2:10
2. Approval of 10-25-00 minutes.  Motion-Health, Second-Graham
3. Approval of Treasurer's report.  Motion-Beachley, Scott-Second
4. Correspondence
   1. Basketball meeting date for official recommendations set for 1-27-01 at the Arena at 6:30
   2. Volleyball official Jane Buck was a no shot to officiate a district game at McConnellsburg.  Motion passed to deny her any post season games for two years.  Chairman will send letter to her.  Motion-Scott, Second-Leyman
   3. Coop approval - Boys/Girls Soccer - Meyersdale and Salisbury, Jr. and Sr. High - Motion Maluchnick, Hall-Second
   4. PIAA placed $100 fine on Rockwood for non-attendance at rules meeting.  Rockwood.  Rockwood says that they were there.  Chairman notified PIAA
   5. Somerset High School will not be considered as basketball tournament site.
