   1. Football Playoffs - In AA District 5 will use the Dirstrict 5, 6 rankings to determine the District 5 champion after all results are in.
   2. District 5 Championships - For the 2004-05 school year District 5 will award a team if three schools sponsor a team.  Beginning with the 2005-06 school year the district will use the state requirement of four schools sponsoring a team to present a team award.
   3. Purchase of tickets - tickets were destroyed by water damage at Windber High School. New tickets were ordered
   4. Wilson Sporting Goods - contracts have been approved to provide balls for District Championships in Football and Soccer and with Spalding in Volleyball.
   5. Jen Tuscano, Meyersdale AD and Committee Non-Voting member has accepted a new position with the University of Pittsburgh.
   6. Approval of the Windber Area Athletic Boosters Volleyball Tournament
   7. Annual Spring Banquet - will be held at the Bedford Arena at 10:00 a.m. on April 20, 2005.  This will be for Principals and Athletic Directors.
   8. February 26, 2005 - District 5 Meeting - Rizzo's, Windber - 4:00 p.m.

   1. Reports were heard in football, cross country, golf, girls tennis, girls and boys soccer, volleyball, wrestling, and basketball.
