   1. Letter from Northern Bedford soccer coach concerning size of Forbes Road soccer field for playoffs.
   2. Letter from Chris Zamboni, Rockwood Athletic Director, concerning trainer pay for District events.  Trainer is there for event emergencies, not to handle all trainer jobs for all schools involved. The pay scale will not change.
5. New Business
   1. Approval of transfer student to Windber from Forest Hills
   2. Approval of Forbes Road transfer - court guardianship
   3. Approval of Johnstown Christian School into PIAA District 5 for 2005-06 school year.
   4. Approval of Cooperative Sports Agreement between Windber and Shade
      1. Windber with Shade in Senior High and Junior High Wrestling
      2. Shade with Windber in Senior High Soccer
   5. Basketball and Wrestling official recommendations are being established for district and state
   6. Request from Ferndale High School to transfer from District 6 to District 5. Tabled since District 6 must take action on the request first.
   7. Approval of Northern Bedford foreign exchange student from Australia from January 2005 to January 2006.
6. Discussion
   1. Discussion of Football Season
   2. The District 5 Spring Meeting will be April 20, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at the Arena. This will be for all principals and athletic directors.
   3. The meeting for all District 5 basketball playoff teams will be held at Chestnut Ridge High School on Sunday, February 13 at noon
   4. The seeding meeting for the District 5 Wrestling Tournament will be held Chestnut Ridge High School on Sunday, February 20th at 1:00 p.m.
   5. Meeting adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
