MINUTES

1. Meeting convened at 4:10 p.m.
2. Approval of January 19, 2005 minutes.
3. Approval of Treasurer's Report
4. Correspondence
   1. Mr. Palumbo will send out a letter to all schools about Spring Meeting on April 20
   2. Johnstown Christian School has been approved by the PIAA as a PIAA District 5 member
   3. PIAA approved the coop between Shade and Windber in wrestling, Junior High and Senior High
   4. The committee approved the handling of a Junior High basketball incident by Chestnut Ridge.
   5. Boys and Girls Team Tennis at Forbes Road was approved.
   6. Randy Bussard of Meyersdale will retire June 29th.  Somerset will select a new committee member.
5. Reports were heard from various sports chairmen.
6. The committee voted to request from the Bedford School Administration a letter concerning the incident at the District Wrestling Tournament regarding a Bedford Coach and a Chestnut Ridge wrestler on February 25, 2005.
